Vertigo

These days we tend to follow any new announcements coming from Vertigo very closely. We love long-running series like Fables, DMZ and Scalped. And over the past year, the DC imprint has seen one success after another through new projects like Unknown Soldier, The Unwritten, and Sweet Tooth.

So when Vertigo informed us they would be launching another new ongoing series next spring, our interest was piqued. And when we learned that horror writer Stephen King would be involved, we were even more intrigued by the announcement. Adaptations of King's pre-existing work have already been a huge hit at Marvel with the various Dark Tower and The Stand mini-series. But this new series represents the first time King is writing original work for the comics industry.
