    "Hellblazer: Scab," the latest collection of the long-running "Hellblazer" comic, collects the firstissues of writer Peter Milligan's current run. It's probably the only comic to ever tackle abortion, mid-'90s UK labor strife and monsters made of dead skin in the same story. It sounds like a mess, but Milligan sees you through with the nuanced characterization and witty dialogue he's built his reputation on. Grade: B
